Every login attempt is analysed in real time by the club388 security system. If the system detects any unusual activity – such as a login attempt from a new location or unrecognised device – we will send you additional verification before access is granted.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Club388 encourages all members to enable two-factor authentication. With 2FA active, even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to log in without the verification code sent to your phone. This is an extra layer of protection we strongly recommend.
Brute Force Protection
The club388 security system automatically blocks IP addresses that make too many failed login attempts within a short period. This protects your account from brute force attacks that try to guess your password.
Secure Login Session
Every club388 login session uses a unique, encrypted session token. This token expires automatically after a period of inactivity, ensuring your account doesn't remain open if you forget to log out on a public device.
You can also view all active login sessions and end any session from unrecognized devices directly from your account security settings. Full control is in your hands.
Warning: Avoid logging in on public computers or public WiFi networks without a VPN. If you must do so, make sure you log out completely when done and review your session history afterwards.
